Body-Mind-Spirit Therapies, Energy Therapies and
Clairvoyant Readings
Tanya Ferencak is a clairvoyant, teacher and group facilitator in private practice in Longmont, Colorado. She provides therapy for individuals and couples experiencing:
· Relationship and Family of Origin Issues
· Anxiety, Depression, Anger, Shame
· Addictions
· Sexual or Physical Abuse
· Trauma
· Grief and Loss
· Life Transitions
· Spiritual Emergence
Tanya offers a warm and empathic approach to energy work that is grounded in mindfulness, presence, and relationship. Through this approach, the guidance of the client is followed as it expresses through the mind, body and spirit of the individual. Verbal and non-verbal processes are used that facilitate deep-level change. Core beliefs and painful, repetitive thoughts and behaviors are dismantled. Unresolved trauma, persistent isolation, self-sabotaging behaviors, depression, shame, inner-conflict, and anxiety give way to clarity, freedom, and connection. The essential, unbroken self emerges and fragmentation mends.
Once we focus on creating mindfulness and unity of body, mind and spirit, we truly begin the cycle of self- healing. By illuminating and releasing unwanted patterns, it becomes easy to shift and clear outmoded beliefs and themes that keep us locked in the past. With compassion, challenges can be turned into opportunities and by validating our true essence, healing can begin.
